Your mandate is to be the driving force behind the quality and completeness of every property ad on our platform, ensuring our inventory offers the very best selection.Please note that this role is based in Spain. Remote work within Spain is possible; however, you must be based in and legally eligible to work in Spain. Remote work from outside Spain is not possible.What You Will Be Doing Be the first advocate for Seeker experience and Property Ad Quality across the organizationDefine and own the long‑term vision and strategy for content enrichment, delivering innovative solutions that leverage AI to transform the property discovery experienceDrive the AI innovations agenda by closely collaborating with Data ScienceDefine the quarterly OKRs for your domain and own the execution of the product roadmap, clearly articulating the rationale and business impactProvide guidance to the product development team to deliver valuable features that impact the way our users interact with the platformConduct experiments and run A / B tests to understand which initiatives will have the most impact on success metrics you definedCreate and prioritize hypotheses, initiate user research and work with product analysts, data scientists, tech leads and UX researchers to understand user problems and verify ideasCollaborate with other teams to enable them to deliver marketplace‑enhancing featuresManage stakeholders across business and engineering to ensure alignment on strategy, delivery, and visionYour Profile Extensive years of experience in product management, ideally within an international set‑up and at a high‑traffic consumer Internet or e‑commerce companyProven track record of defining and successfully delivering product strategies within high‑growth, consumer‑facing technology companiesExceptional cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and drive alignmentHighly impact / outcome‑oriented mindset demonstrated by a track record of using data and experimentation to drive measurable user or business impactExperience with seeker / buyer‑facing productsCuriosity – initiative to dig into the why & what Experience in hypothesis and data‑based product development, e.g., user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A / B testing, usability testing, data analysisCapability to understand technical concepts and discuss deep technical topics with development teamsExperience working in a complex matrix organizationExcellent written and oral communication skills.
