This is your chance to own core responsibilities such as implementing strong internal controls, overseeing IFRS compliance, managing audits, and leading budgeting, cash flow, and financial risk management processes.What makes this role exciting? Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures Review and validate the preparation of financial statements, revenue recognition, and consolidation performed by Accounting, ensuring compliance with IFRS Ensure compliance with regulations and manage external audits Supervise external consultants and internal accounting in the preparation of payroll, tax filings, and critical payments Control regular reconciliation operations Participate in cash flow planning and perform liquidity controls Control intragroup transactions Oversee the preparation and control of budgets and financial forecasts Evaluate and manage financial risks Oversee company liabilities, including accounts payable and tax obligations, and support initiatives to optimise profit margins Participate in reporting automation and optimisation projectsWho are you: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role Mandatory knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and procedures Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the preparation of financial statements and general ledgers Experience working with external auditors and consultants Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and Google Sheets Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) is considered an advantage Experience in multi-jurisdictional operations is a plus Fluency in English; Russian is a plusRequired Soft Skills Adaptability to a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team player mindset Critical thinking and problem-solving ability and high attention to detailBenefits From your first day: Competitive salary based on experience and skills Healthy lunches from our catering partners (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available) Daily fresh fruits, healthy snacks, and a fully stocked kitchen No dress code policy Free parking space if you are coming by car Flexible working schedule (you don’t have to worry about running 5 minutes late) 100% covered 30 days/year of sick days Career development opportunities based on business needs Team buildings and two corporate parties a year 23 paid vacation business daysAfter a probation period: Private health insurance Coverage for up to 50% of your language classes, sports membership, and mental health supportIs this your next opportunity?
