METT & Resorts Marbella Estepona is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Head Bartender to lead our bar team. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of beverage service, crafting exceptional cocktails, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. JOB DESCRIPTION: Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the bar team, including bartenders and barbacks, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high morale and productivity. Beverage Program Management: Develop and maintain an innovative beverage program, including crafting signature cocktails, curating the wine and spirits selection, and staying updated on industry trends. Training and Development: Train new bartenders on cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and customer service standards, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for existing staff. Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by delivering personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Inventory and Cost Control: Manage beverage inventory levels, monitor pour costs, and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Bar Operations: Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Collaboration with Management: Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and other department heads to develop promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Requisitos : REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as a Head Bartender or senior bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and beverage trends, with a passion for innovation and creativity. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management. Proficiency in bar management software and Microsoft Office suite.
