We are looking for a Program Management Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. Program Performance & Data AnalysisAnalyze program data, identify trends, predict outcomes, and develop dashboards to track KPIs and portfolio performance. Support financial forecasting and budget tracking. ~ Data IntegrityEnsure accuracy and consistency of program data across systems like SAP and Jira. ~ Strategic AnalysisConduct deep-dive analyses to identify risks and variances, providing actionable recommendations to program leaders. ~ Assist program managers with administrative tasks, manage databases, and support new program rollouts. ~ Implement tools and methodologies to enhance productivity, identify inefficiencies, and drive data-based improvements. ~ Project Monitoring & ReportingFinancial Oversight & BudgetingAssist with financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure tracking to ensure alignment with program goals. ~ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain) to align KPIs and ensure transparency.The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative spirit to help drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field. Fluency in English Experience: 5+ years in program/project analytics, business intelligence, or PMO roles.Budget management and financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strategic thinker who understands how data drives business decisions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, and Jira. Solid understanding of project management principles (PMI, PMP, Agile is a plus).
