️Construction Coordinator – Planta Química (Huelva)Ubicación Huelva, España (presencial en planta)Compañía Multinacional líder en la industriaquímica, especializada en el diseño y construcción de instalaciones industriales de alta complejidad.Objetivo del puesto Buscamos un/aConstruction Coordinatorque supervise y coordine las actividades deconstrucción, montaje y precomisionadode las instalaciones de producción en la planta de Huelva, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos, de calidad, seguridad y planificación definidos por la compañía.Reportará jerárquicamente alProject Managery funcionalmente alConstruction Manager (Back Office), trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos de ingeniería, compras, HSE y contratistas locales.⚙️Responsabilidades principales Supervisar las actividades de construcción deestructuras, piping, mecánica y E&I, asegurando la correcta ejecución según planos, procedimientos y cronograma del proyecto. Realizarseguimiento diario en campo y en talleres de fabricación, controlando progreso, calidad y seguridad. Apoyar al Project Manager y al Project Engineer en la revisión de documentación constructiva (ISOs, P&IDs, procedimientos, planes de ejecución). Dar soporte técnico para laresolución de incidenciaso no conformidades detectadas en obra. Coordinar con los departamentos deingeniería y compraspara garantizar la entrega oportuna de documentación y materiales. Verificar la implementación de losplanes de calidad e inspección (ITP)durante la construcción y asegurar la emisión de los reportes correspondientes. Coordinar actividades deprecomisionado y mechanical completion, garantizando que la planta esté lista para la puesta en marcha sin pendientes críticos. Colaborar con el equipoHSEpara garantizar la seguridad de todas las operaciones, identificando riesgos y gestionando permisos de trabajo. Organizar y liderarreuniones de coordinacióncon los contratistas y participar en las reuniones del proyecto. Reportar de formaperiódica el avance y los hitosal equipo de Project Management, proponiendo acciones correctivas ante desviaciones.
