Como parte de esta transformación, la persona que se incorpore trabajará en capacidades fundamentales que harán que el producto sea aún más abierto, modular e inteligente, permitiendo que nuevas funcionalidades y experiencias se ofrezcan más rápido y con un mayor impacto.Responsabilidades:Definir y evolucionar las capacidades de la plataforma para que el producto sea más rápido de desarrollar, más fácil de escalar y esté preparado para experiencias impulsadas por IA.Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería y de funcionalidades para identificar oportunidades en las que la IA y la automatización simplifiquen la configuración, la puesta en marcha y la gestión continua para los equipos de IT.Trabajar con otros PMs de plataforma y PMs de funcionalidades para identificar puntos de integración y diseñar componentes reutilizables y de alto impacto.Definir resultados claros de la plataforma, abstracciones técnicas y trade-offs que alineen las prioridades de ingeniería, datos y producto.Colaborar con los equipos de arquitectura e ingeniería para convertir iniciativas técnicas a largo plazo en una visión de producto clara, un roadmap definido y un impacto medible.Anticipar dependencias entre dominios y tomar decisiones de priorización y secuenciación que mantengan la plataforma alineada y fiable.Requisitos:Más de 5 años en Product Management dentro de software empresarial o plataformas SaaS complejas.Sólida comprensión de sistemas backend, APIs, modelos de datos y arquitecturas cloud-native.Fuertes capacidades analíticas, con habilidad para estructurar problemas ambiguos, definir soluciones escalables y conectar los trade-offs técnicos con el valor de negocio.Capacidad demostrada para interactuar de forma creíble con equipos de IT empresarial, traduciendo conceptos complejos en resultados claros para los clientes.Buenas habilidades comunicativas capaz de influir y alinear a stakeholders tanto técnicos como no técnicos, incluidos perfiles ejecutivos. xcskxlj Nivel profesional de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.Condiciones:~ Ubicación:Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid (modelo híbrido)~ Seguro médico privado~Gympass~ Ticket restaurante~ Salario: 40-60K
