Take a look at this opportunityWe are looking for asenior-level Conversational AI Developerto join an international team within theautomotive sector .You will work closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture and global stakeholders, driving the technical strategy, execution and governance of conversational AI platforms.️ Your day-to-day responsibilitiesCollaborate closely withProduct Ownersto translate business needs into technical solutions Partner withEnterprise Architecture and IT teamsto define and evolve the conversational AI platform strategy Design and executePOCs and pilotsto validate technology and business fit Work withglobal business stakeholdersto build and prioritize a pipeline of conversational AI use cases Driveadoption of the conversational AI platformacross the organization Managetechnology and delivery vendors Ensurequality assurance, technical governance, security and operational compliance Leadtechnical integrationswithin the Mercedes-Benz IT landscape Guide architectural and technological evolution Continuously assess new AI technologies and models (LLMs, agents, orchestration, etc.) Ensure all developments comply withMB AI principles SupportIT security and admin processes (SecOps)Experience and skills7+ yearsof experiencein software engineering, with deep focus on Conversational AI / Chatbot solutions Strong experience withchatbots and/or voicebotsin production environments Strong knowledge and hands-on experience withLLMs and Generative AIapplied to conversational use cases Experience with Agentic AI and Agent-to-Agent architectures Exposure toGoogle ADKor similar agent frameworks (e.g. Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, Kore.ai, Rasa) is a plus Experience working withAzure and/or GCP cloud platforms Ability to quickly adopt and lead new AI frameworks and technologies ExcellentEnglishLocation:100% Remote Schedule:40h/week.
