We are seeking a highly dynamic, hands-on Guest Experience & Short-Term Rentals Operations Coordinator to support the daily operational execution of our fast-growing STR portfolio in Tenerife (currently ~40 properties). You will coordinate guest communication, housekeeping and maintenance workflows, and supply management, ensuring operational excellence across all units. This position reports directly to the Director of Short-Term Rental Operations.We are also leading the digital transformation of the STR industry, with a strong focus on technology, automation, and efficiency. AI and ChatGPT-driven communication automations Breezeway for housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management A digital-first operational environment with real-time dashboards Candidates must be comfortable working in a highly digital, data-driven, and AI-enabled environment.Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules, turnarounds, cleanings, and inspections with outsourced partners. Conduct periodic on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld. Supply & Inventory Management Use digital tools for efficient inventory control. Support improvements to SOPs and digital workflows. Participate in Manager-on-Duty standby shifts one weekend per month to handle escalated issues and ensure smooth weekend operations. MOD shifts are compensated as part of the role expectations.Background in hotel operations (Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping coordination) strongly preferred. Fluency in Spanish & English (written and spoken). Highly comfortable with PMS, operational apps, AI tools, and digital communication platforms. Driver’s license (mandatory) for regular property visits.
