Su cultura empresarial combina dinamismo, excelencia y espíritu emprendedor, ofreciendo un entorno de trabajo internacional, colaborativo y orientado a resultados.Tu nuevo puesto Como Sales Senior Consultant, serás responsable de gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: desde la prospección de nuevos leads hasta el cierre de oportunidades. Trabajarás con herramientas de CRM, optimizando tu embudo de ventas y priorizando los contactos con mayor potencial. Tu objetivo será asesorar a clientes potenciales, entender sus necesidades y ofrecerles soluciones educativas que transformen su futuro. Tendrás autonomía, retos constantes y un entorno que premia el rendimiento con un sistema de bonus sin límite.Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto Experiencia sólida en ventas consultivas, idealmente en entornos B2C o B2B con enfoque en resultados. Dominio de herramientas de CRM y capacidad para analizar resultados y métricas. Actitud proactiva, organizada y resiliente, con capacidad para generar oportunidades y superar obstáculos. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales: escucha activa, comunicación clara y empatía con el cliente. Fit cultural: entorno joven, dinámico e internacional.
