About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to drive HR initiatives and operational excellence across European countries. This role is designed for a proactive HR professional who excels at leveraging data, managing projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and supporting the strategic growth of our organization across Europe. This role will report directly to the Senior Regional Manager, People Operations and is based out of our Barcelona offices, where we encourage our teams to join us in person at least two days per week. What you will be doingOversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient HR processes across regions. Manage payroll input and validation across multiple countries, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Standardize and optimize core HR processes, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and job changes, to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Maintain data integrity within People Systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations. Leverage technology and automation to streamline People Operations workflows and improve service delivery. Monitor HR metrics and develop dashboards to generate insights, drive process improvements, and measure HR effectiveness. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR standards, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Align regional HR operations with global frameworks, adapting processes to meet local needs where required. Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, harmonize, and optimize HR practices across markets. Manage HR projects end-to-end, applying best-in-class project management methods and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external HR service providers to ensure seamless and effective service delivery. Monitor HR budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations. What you will bring to OguryProven experience in a regional HR operations role, preferably within a multinational environment Strong Knowledge ofSpanish labour laws. Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management, reporting, and insights generation. Demonstrated expertise in project management, process optimization, and automation of HR workflows. Knowledge of EU labour law, compliance, and HR best practices. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in HR technology, HRIS systems, and data security best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
