Are you the next to be reeled in? ⛴About our partnerOn behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.What you'll be doingImplement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on 1–2 core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation).Translate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs.Work closely with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day system usage and continuous improvements.Execute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages.Support testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules.Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related topics.Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities with key stakeholders.Support other HRIS-related initiatives when needed (e.g. Workforce Management).What you'll bring3–4 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and/or operation of SAP SuccessFactors.Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules.Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors.Basic understanding of integrations and data flows is a plus.Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee) is an advantage.SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role.Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setup.Fluent English.What we offer⛴ Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.⚖️ Flexible working model: You can choose the work model that fits your lifestyle (At office,hybrid or full remote)⛱ 23 holiday days.✔️ Private health insurance from day 1.⛹ Gym Sponsorship.✏️ English and German language classes.✊ A young and ambitious team that knows when to work but also when to have fun (Pizza day, Summer event, Padel Tournaments, etc).
