Opportunity –Technical Product OwnerAbout the roleWe are looking for aTechnical Product Ownerto lead the evolution of an internalsoftware engineering excellence platform . This role has a strong focus onautomation, SDLC modernization, and the integration of AI/GenAI-powered solutionswithin large-scale engineering environments. You will act as a key bridge between technical teams (engineering, architecture, security) and product stakeholders, driving internal products following anInnerSourceand continuous improvement mindset.Key Responsibilities Own and continuously evolve theproduct roadmap , aligned with the engineering strategy. Prioritize features enablingSDLC automationand integration with developer and security tools (CI/CD, code analysis, etc.). Drive the transition from manual processes toautomated, scalable, and tool-agnostic assessments . Work closely with technical users to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Support adoption of the platform across multiple teams and entities. Clearly communicate product value and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to engineering standards coveringquality, security, sustainability, and best practices .Professional Experience 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, developer platforms, or engineering productivity. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technical or internal products. Hands-on exposure to automation initiatives and/or AI/GenAI-powered tools. Experience in large, distributed, multi-stakeholder environments.Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and DevSecOps practices. Familiarity with code quality and security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA). Knowledge of modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
