MN8 is headquartered in New York with offices in Texas, Florida and Madrid. Position overview: We're looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a systems‐driven environment and enjoys balancing people support with data accuracy. You'll be hands‐on across HR operations, onboarding, HRIS data, payroll inputs, and employee support, while partnering closely with HR, Finance/Payroll, and business leaders. As the HR Generalist, you will: Own day‐to‐day HR administration: contracts/letters, onboarding/offboarding, personnel files, probation tracking, and changes (promotions, transfers, terminations). Maintain accurate HRIS employee data, org updates, and documentation with impeccable attention to detail (Oracle HCM.) Prepare monthly payroll input files (hires, changes, allowances, time off, terminations) and reconcile against approvals; coordinate with Payroll to resolve discrepancies and support audits. (ADP Celergo.) Build and maintain recurring HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, leave, compliance) and ad‐hoc reports using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas). Spot trends and surface insights to HR/leadership; recommend fixes and process improvements. Apply company policies and local practices; escalate issues appropriately. Serve as a responsive point of contact for employee questions (benefits, leave, HRIS, payroll status), providing clear, timely guidance. Document SOPs; streamline workflows with Finance/Payroll/IT; test HRIS or process changes and help roll out improvements. Our ideal candidate will have: 2–3 years of HR experience (generalist or HR operations) in a modern ERP/HRIS environment, ideally in a multinational context. Hands‐on experience with Oracle HCM (or similar HRIS) and ADP/Celergo payroll coordination. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Law (or closely related field). Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong, professional communication. Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters; comfort cleaning and reconciling data). Demonstrated learning capacity and curiosity, able to ramp quickly on systems/processes and adopt changes. Analytical mindset with high accuracy, structured problem‐solving, and a bias for action. Nice to have: Experience supporting Spanish employment processes and practices. Exposure to shared‐services or multi‐country payroll coordination. Familiarity with tickets/portals for payroll/HR service requests (e.g., ADP eService).
