Somos los creadores de Radarbot, una de las aplicaciones de navegación y aviso de radares más utilizadas del mundo, con millones de usuarios activos a nivel global.Nuestro objetivo en soporte es ofrecer una atención rápida, clara y escalable, apoyándonos en automatización, procesos bien definidos e inteligencia artificial.El rolBuscamos un/a Customer Support Automation & Systems Specialist que combine respuesta directa a tickets con el diseño y mejora de sistemas de soporte automatizados.Este rol es clave para que el soporte escale sin perder calidad, reduciendo carga manual y mejorando tiempos de respuesta.Qué harásResponder y gestionar tickets de soporte L1–L2.Diseñar e implementar automatizaciones de soporte (IA, reglas, workflows).Crear y mantener macros, respuestas automáticas y FAQs.Optimizar flujos de atención y tiempos de resolución.Analizar patrones de tickets y eliminar causas recurrentes.Hacer triage de bugs y clasificar incidencias técnicas.Gestionar y responder reviews en App Store y Google Play.Colaborar con Business Ops y Producto en la mejora de procesos.Requisitos imprescindiblesExperiencia en atención al cliente digital o soporte técnico.Experiencia creando automatizaciones, flujos o sistemas de soporte.Interés real por IA aplicada a customer support.Mentalidad analítica y orientada a eficiencia.Excelente comunicación escrita.Nivel alto de español e inglés.Muy valorableExperiencia con Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk o similares.Experiencia con bots, reglas automáticas o IA generativa.Conocimientos básicos de apps móviles.Perfil técnico o muy orientado a sistemas.Nivel alto de otros idiomas.Qué ofrecemosRol clave en la escalabilidad del soporte.Autonomía real para proponer e implementar mejoras.Proyecto estable con millones de usuarios.Impacto directo en la experiencia del usuario.¿Te interesa?Si te motiva automatizar procesos, mejorar sistemas y construir un soporte eficiente, queremos conocerte.📩 Envía tu CV a jobs@iteration-mobile.com
