Job DescriptionSika is a specialty chemicals company with a leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting in the building sector and motor vehicle industry. We are expanding our SAP service line and are looking for a Senior Consultant SAP Authorization based in Madrid-Alcobendas to support our global SAP digital journey. ResponsibilitiesSupport access and technology topics across the full user lifecycle within SAP products (on‑prem and cloud) Create, maintain and realize SAP Authorization, Access and Compliance concepts Handle housekeeping tasks in various SAP systems (adjusting roles, ensuring compliance with the Authorization concept) Optimize operational processes and tools within SAP user life cycle (user‑role‑object‑security management) Support internal and external audits Lead part projects in the area of SAP user and authorizations Consult and train local authorization coordinators and local process owners Guide external partners and SAP support QualificationsYou have completed studies in computer science, information technology or business informatics. You are experienced in working with international teams across different time zones. You understand the responsibility to follow guidelines and directives in a global environment. You have 5+ years of work experience in user, authorization (S4, SAP cloud solutions) areas. You are proactive and communicate professionally with stakeholders. You are willing to learn about new SAP technologies, tools and topics. You are fluent in English and Spanish. We do offer two days of home office per week.
