Join us as we shape the future of luxury real estateMain responsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Barcelona city, specifically the Les Corts area, in order to list rental properties in target areas.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords while ensuring company commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with both landlords and tenants.Deal with allocated clients (tenants) from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental deals.Manage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close deals.Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity.RequirementsStrong previous experience in the real estate sector.
