Per a històrica empresa industrial metal·lúrgia del nord d'Osona, amb forta presència internacional i de reconegut prestigi, seleccionem a un/a enginyer/a que esdevindrà Project Manager per a simulacions en disseny de nous productes. Amb 8 centres productius i 13 filials internacionals, l'empresa s'especialitza en la fabricació de maquinària i innovació tècnica per sectors industrials diversos, amb un entorn de gran creixement i projectes diversos. La missió del lloc de treball és dissenyar nous components de turbomàquines (hèlixs i turbines) via simulacions i anàlisi tècnica, optimitzant processos per satisfer necessitats definides.En dependència del/la Director/a Tècnic/a i de R+D, les principals tasques i funcions del lloc de treball són:- Disseny de nous components de turbomàquines (hèlixs i turbines), incloent-hi modelatge 3D i integració amb processos de fabricació. - Cerca i anàlisi de prestacions de mercat (benchmarking) per a definir objectius tècnics i prestacions òptimes. - Actuar com a expert en processos de fabricació per assegurar viabilitat dels components dissenyats. - Reducció d'assajos de laboratori, substituint-los per simulacions CFD. - Optimització de dissenys 3D amb simulació FEM (anàlisi d'elements finits) utilitzant CREO o similars. - Participació en l'anàlisi i avaluació contínua de noves tecnologies i integració amb l'ERP per gestió de projectes.S'ofereix:- Incorporació immediata en reconeguda empresa industrial en gran creixement i amb focus en innovació i qualitat industrial. - Estabilitat laboral, formació contínua i possibilitats de desenvolupament professional en empresa i sector en gran creixement en l'àmbit internacional. - Jornada completa, amb possibilitat de teletreball parcial, una vegada superat el període de formació inicial. - Horari: De dilluns a dijous, de 8:30h a 17h amb 30 minuts per dinar. Divendres de 8h a 15h. - Salari Brut Anual Inicial entre 35.000€ i 45.000€ bruts anuals, segons competències i experiència del candidat incorporat.Es requereix:- Coneixement programes de disseny 2D i 3D: preferible CATIA i/o CREO. - Coneixement de softwares per a simulació de fluids i altres paràmetres. - Hàbit en l'ús de ERP's. - Proactivitat i voluntat de millora contínua en simulacions tècniques. - Actitud positiva, compromís i orientació al detall. - Residència a Osona o comarques limítrofes o disponibilitat per al trasllat de la residència a la zona.Experiència:- L'empresa està oberta tant a la incorporació d'un enginyer/a júnior recent graduat/da i amb formació sòlida i potencial de creixement, com a la incorporació d'un perfil sènior, amb trajectòria sòlida i consolidada i experiència realitzant tasques i funcions similars a les descrites.Formació:- Grau universitari en enginyeria aeroespacial, enginyeria de materials, enginyeria física o similars.Idiomes:- Anglès: es valorarà positivment el domini de l'idioma a nivell intermedi - avançat (B2 - C1), especialment pel que respecte a comprensió lectora i redacció de mails o documentació tècnica.Requisits valorables:- Coniexements de softwares de P.L.M.
