ERM also offers flexible hybrid working.Role responsibilities The Regulatory Affairs Project Manager work closely with clients to develop robust regulatory strategies to help ensure project success. He/she will manage all aspects of the regulatory process for active substances and formulations with a focus on biological control registrations. Working closely with technical experts, he/she will conduct thorough regulatory reviews to ensure the highest quality. Other responsibilities include (not limited to):Actively involved with the preparation of dossiers and coordinate projects, including setting up of projects, client liaison and on-time delivery of work to clients and meeting regulatory deadlinesProvide guidance on EU regulations specific to biological control agents (e.g., macroorganisms, microbial biopesticides, and natural products) and conventional plant protection productsDefine actions and identify and utilize resources to achieve project tasks or objectives; ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget, that deliverables meet quality standards and that goals are aligned to desired project resultsUnderstand client’s desired outcomes and work collaboratively to ensure deliverables meet quality standardsWork closely with clients, representing ERM in client meetings and act as a focal point for selected key clientsWorking with the wider crop protection team of experts to ensure client and regulatory deadlines are metProvide client and internal team with support on plant protection product (PPP) regulations as requiredAssist in the personal development of other members of the team, as appropriateContribute to the commercial growth of the business through actively participating in the wider business development activities such as client visits, conferences and expert groups relevant to expert area, as appropriateSkill & experience requirementEducated to degree level within chemical or other related disciplines such as biology, biochemistry or microbiologyStrong working knowledge of EU PPP regulations, including previous contact with national or EU regulatory bodiesProven track record in agrochemical or biological control product registrationExperienced in the preparation of dossiers for plant protection substances, in particular biological controlsIUCLID experience and knowledge of regulatory agency portals would be advantageousIndustrial experience in the agrochemical industry would be beneficialDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplineStrong commitment to delivering high quality work that exceeds clients’ expectationsStrong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocolsExcellent communicator (written/verbal) with the ability to listen, organise and prioritiseGood, clear presentation skills would be beneficialExcellent inter-personal skills with the ability to work well with others and passion to help others developTo Apply At ERM, we are committed to building an inclusive culture by identifying, acquiring, developing, and retaining a highly skilled, high-performing workforce that reflects the diverse global marketplace in which we operate.
