The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Media Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our data science team to analyze outputs from AITA—our advanced Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) platform—, contribute to media optimization projects, and support international media audits. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating campaign performance, developing strategic recommendations, and engaging directly with media agencies and clients.If you have a strong background in media consulting, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and exceptional presentation skills, we would love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Evaluation/ Analyze performance across TV, radio, digital (Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social), OOH, and other channels./ Provide clear, data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.Strategic Media Planning/ Define and refine effective media strategies based on rigorous analysis./ Propose new features and enhancements for our MMM solution.Media Audits/ Conduct comprehensive international media audits./ Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for budget optimization.Collaboration & Client Engagement/ Work closely with the data science team to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies./ Liaise with media agencies to collect data, verify campaign details, and validate recommendations./ Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations with clarity, rigor, and precision./ Willingness to travel internationally.Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement/ Demonstrate strong critical thinking and a proactive mindset./ Contribute ideas to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools.Required Skills & ExperienceProfessional Experience/ Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta./ Minimum 5 years' experience in a media agency or media consulting environment./ Demonstrated success in evaluating campaign performance and developing strategic media recommendations.Technical & Analytical Skills/ Strong analytical and presentation capabilities, able to distill complex ideas clearly./ Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Communication & Presentation/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish./ Confident and effective in client-facing settings.Teamwork/ Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments./ Ability to work seamlessly with data scientists, media specialists, and external partners.Nice-to-Have Skills/ Experience working across international markets and conducting multi-country media audits./ Familiarity with planning or buying traditional channels such as TV, OOH, and radio./ Practical experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms./ Interest in emerging media technologies, measurement innovations, and industry trends.QualificationsEducation/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
