It will be valuable to have experience in retail, shopping centres and mixed-use projects. Command of English, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop and Microsoft Office is essential. Incorporación inmediata.Project and team running experienceMinimum 10 years of experience, with the ability to lead large-scale projects in the concept, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Site Supervision phasesFluency in Spanish and EnglishCommercial awareness, knowledge of Spanish Building Regulations and excellent attention to detailProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite requiredProven client-facing project architect capable of running the design process and then delivering the project as a team leader and primary point of contactAs a Senior Architect, we'd be looking for you to oversee and manage projects and teams, but you will also be involved in the production of projects. You would be managing the design process, scheduling workflow and outputs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs which align with our ethos and vision. You’ll be supported by a local Associate and Director of Architecture alongside our wider practice support team. You will be working primarily in the retail sector, but not excluding other sectors, in a variety of geographies, including internationally, and we would like you to play a wider role in building your network and profile in Madrid, supporting us in job acquisition and business development.
