You’ll be working with the Operations team.

This team runs on planning builds, scale, schedules & operational efficiency. The team has an infectious passion for building cutting edge products & processes which will drive the next wave of electrification in India.

What you will do

In this role, you will own the end to end implementation of ERP across the value chain.

Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing planning, deployment and integration of ERP system within timeline
  2. Managing change across the organization to ensure successful adoption of the new system
  3. Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for ERP projects
  4. Responsible for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the leadership team
  5. Tracking, analysing and resolving issues with ERP system
  6. Training users & championing new system

The ideal candidate requires

  1. Relevant experience with ERP implementation & change management with 6 years is needed
  2. Experience in managing org-wide programs & projects
  3. Managing stakeholders across diverse functions
  4. Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitude
