En Reig Jofre estamos buscando a un/a Area Specialist Production & Supply Chain Support para que pueda contribuir a los diferentes proyectos que estamos desarrollando en las plantas productivas ubicadas en Sant Joan Despí.Su misión principal será asegurar el correcto soporte a las operaciones de producción y supply chain mediante la gestión administrativa y documental de órdenes, rutas, costes y recursos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia del proceso productivo y al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad en la planta de Sant Joan Despí.Si te gustan los retos, te sientes cómodo/a en ambientes dinámicos y tienes vocación por la industria farmacéutica no dudes en seguir leyendoFunciones:Creación y modificación de rutas de producción.Gestión de Órdenes de Producción (OPs) en estados Firmes y Lanzadas.Consumo y desconsumo de componentes en OPs.Gestión de OPs de subcontratación.Creación y expedición de pedidos de servicios.Cálculo y actualización de costes estándar de componentes, así como de sus correspondientes IMs (intermedios) y PTs (productos terminados).Cierre administrativo de órdenes de producción abortadas durante el proceso.Cambio de estado de OPs a Terminadas.Elaboración de libretas/documentación para producción.Actualización de calendarios de Centros de Trabajo (CT) y Calendarios de Máquina (CM).Alta y mantenimiento de Centros de Trabajo en el sistema.Asignación de operarios a secciones y turnos en Navision.Elaboración de informes de producción y análisis de indicadores clave (KPIs, Ventas Explicadas, etc.).Aptitudes y experiencia requeridas:Grado universitario en Administración o similaresExperiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.Conocimiento alto de Excel y de Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.Familiaridad con sistemas de calidad y estándares regulatorios de documentación.Inglés alto.Trabajo en equipo.Nosotros ofrecemos:Salario competitivo en función de la capacidad y experiencia del candidato.Contrato temporal de 1 año.Horario en turno central de 40 horas semanales.Formar parte de una empresa líder en el sector farmacéutico.Si cumples con los requisitos y quieres involucrarte en un nuevo reto profesional, no lo dudes Apúntate
