Buscamos un/una Cybersecurity Manager responsable de liderar la estrategia global de ciberseguridad, garantizando la protección de los activos digitales de la organización y la correcta gestión de riesgos frente a amenazas internas y externas.Responsabilidades principales:Impulsar una visión global de seguridad que acompañe a la estrategia empresarial y cumpla con los marcos regulatorios europeos pertinentes.Crear un modelo sólido de gestión de la seguridad, definiendo directrices y prácticas que garanticen un entorno tecnológico seguro y bien gobernado.Llevar a cabo análisis periódicos de riesgos, priorizando vulnerabilidades y proponiendo acciones correctivas que garanticen su adecuada resolución.Organizar y coordinar revisiones y controles internos orientados a evaluar el nivel de madurez en seguridad de la información.Revisar la fiabilidad y el cumplimiento de los proveedores y socios tecnológicos, asegurando que operen bajo estándares adecuados de protección.Elaborar métricas e indicadores que permitan medir la eficacia de la seguridad y ofrecer visibilidad a los equipos directivos.Actuar como figura clave en la respuesta ante incidentes y colaborar en los planes de continuidad operativa y recuperación frente a contingencias.Experiencia Requerida: +5 años de experiencia en ciberseguridad corporativa.Participación en auditorías, análisis de riesgos y gestión de incidentes. xcskxlj Conocimiento actualizado de normativas y frameworks como NIS2, GDPR, ENS, NIST CSF e ISO 27001.Manejo de soluciones de ciberseguridad como Fortinet, Sophos, Tenable Nessus o ELK.Experiencia en marcos de control de seguridad y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
