This role is located inZona Franca, Barcelona .Mission:The Demand and S&OP Manager plays a key role within the Supply Chain organization, responsible for driving the forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the Group. The person in the role works closely together with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to consolidate business insights, translate market trends into accurate forecasts, and ensure seamless alignment between demand and supply.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end Group demand planning and S&OP cycleStandardize and improve S&OP processes and workflows to support the company’s growth and integration journeyCreate and improve systems and tools to get the best quality data availabilityPartner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate commercial insights and market intelligence into the demand planBuild reports and KPI’s to measure forecast accuracy and other performance metricsAnalyse forecast trends, inventory levels and actual sales on product (group) level, to support improving the overall demand planManage the demand planning team: 3 people, located in different countriesRequirements:Minimum 5 years total experience in Planning and at least 2 in Demand Planning roles within an international environment.Team-management experience (leading 2-5 people) is preferred, but senior Demand Planner profiles (+5 years) will be considered also.ERP working experience (in any of the most standard ones)Excel Advanced. xcskxlj Fluent in English (C1).Dutch, French, or Spanish languages are a plus.Availability to travel (every month, by plane)
