En SOLUTIO es posible y nos gustaría conocerte.Buscamos aumentar nuestro equipo con un/a Project Manager IAM para proyecto en Getafe, Madrid.Requisitos necesarios:- Experiencia amplia en gestión de proyectos de gestión de identidades (IAM), con alguna de las siguientes en tecnologías o productos: Microsoft, Servidores Windows, Directorio Activo, ADFS, PKI, CyberArk, RSA, Seguridad de red (NDR, segmentación, NAC, SD-WAN) - Experiencia en entornos corporativos con diversos interlocutores. - Nivel de inglés C1 (imprescindible).Requisitos deseados:- Gestión de roles y permisos. - Gestión del ciclo de vida de identidades. - Desarrollo de conectores. - Conocimientos en tecnologías y productos Microsoft, Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, PKI, CyberArk, RSA. - Seguridad de red: NDR, segmentación, NAC, SD-WAN. - Apoyo en auditorías, gestión de incidentes y otras prioridades operativas ad-hoc.Responsabilidades y funciones:Gestión de proyectos en el ámbito de gestión de identidades encaminados a conseguir diferentes objetivos, como por ejemplo:- Definición, implementación y mejora de los procesos de IAM a escala global. - Asegurar que todos los procesos, controles y actividades de IAM se alineen con el Modelo Operativo Objetivo de IAM y los objetivos de negocio. - Impulsar mejoras continuas para aumentar la eficiencia y efectividad en las operaciones de IAM. - Desarrollo e implementación de KPIs, métricas y SLAs para apoyar la toma de decisiones. - Monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas, controles y estándares de seguridad de IAM. - Realizar gestión de riesgos y proporcionar informes regulares. - La adopción de nuevos procesos, políticas y controles en todas las áreas tecnológicas de la organización. - Implementación de los mecanismos de gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM, IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM), Roles y Permisos, y el ciclo de vida de Identidades. - Proyectos de segregación o integración de sistemas de gestión de identidades.Qué ofrecemos?- Jornada: Completa. - Contrato: Indefinido. - Modalidad: 100% presencial en Getafe. - Salario fijo en 12 pagas. - Disfrutarás de 22 días laborales de vacaciones por año trabajado. - Paquete retributivo flexible (Seguro médico, Tickets restaurant, etc.). - Seguimiento del bienestar del emplead@ desde el Departamento de Culture&People Experience de Solutio (onboarding, desarrollo profesional, plan formativo).Si estás buscando un cambio profesional y quieres participar en proyectos innovadores con tecnologías punteras, anímate y envíanos tu CVEn SOLUTIO creemos en el valor de la diversidad y en la igualdad de oportunidades.
