Hoy somos un equipo de unas 10 personas entre dirección, equipo comercial, Sr consultants 360, juniors, associates y trainees. Aquí “consultor” vuelve a significar algo.Buscamos un/aConsultor/a 360 Senior Techque no solo quiera hacer selección, sino que disfrute también de tener mirada comercial, mentalidad consultiva y capacidad de influir en decisiones de talento. Alguien que quiera estar cerca de sus clientes, apoyarse en el equipo comercial, nutrirlo con información de mercado, insights y oportunidades. Este es un rol quepesade verdad: liderarás procesos complejos end-to-end, participarás en RPOs cuando toque, estarás muy cerca del negocio del cliente, ayudarás a definir vacantes y serásuna de las caras visibles de Akuaro.Buscamosconsultores con criterio, capaces de generar confianza y convertirla en relación de negocio cuando sea natural.trabajando de forma muy coordinada con el equipo comercial y de selección. Detectando oportunidades en cuentas activas sin forzar nada, para trabajarlas tu o tu equipo.
