Actualmente, ofrecemos una oportunidad para un talentoso y creativo Jefe de Cocina de Banquetes para unirse a nuestro equipo en el Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. Reportando al Chef de Banquetes, serás fundamental en la gestión de las operaciones diarias de la cocina de banquetes. Tus responsabilidades abarcarán la selección, gestión y desarrollo del talento culinario, el control de costes de alimentos, la planificación y ejecución de eventos de banquetes, la supervisión de la higiene y la sanidad, la toma de decisiones efectivas en planificación y presupuestación, la gestión de inventarios y la garantía de que nuestros huéspedes reciban consistentemente los más altos niveles de excelencia en el servicio.
