Your Role In BizAwayAs our Business Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, dedicated to crafting seamless travel experiences that prioritize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Your core responsibilities include: Comprehensive Travel Management: Booking and managing all travel services (flights, trains, hotels, car rentals) while securing advantageous price and convenience. Proactive Customer Support: Providing continuous assistance before, during, and after travel; addressing requests and unforeseen circumstances (delays, cancellations, modifications). Strategic Consulting and Optimization: Guiding clients on travel policies and leveraging our platform to streamline processes and maximize cost savings. Decisive Problem Solving: Swiftly resolving intricate situations or emergencies to ensure client satisfaction. Your Basic QualificationsExtensive Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years in the dynamic Travel Industry with broad understanding of travel sectors and market trends. Deep GDS Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of major GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) with advanced booking, ticketing, and itinerary management. Diverse Sector Background: Experience in a travel agency, airline, or bedbank is highly valued. Bilingual Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English. CRM System Acumen: Prior knowledge of CRM systems is a significant advantage. We are also interested inHighly organized and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure. Natural problem-solver skilled in navigating complex situations. Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital tools. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
