As Country Product Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Pluxee’s product strategy at the national level. Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director and working in close partnership with the Country Marketing Director and Leadership Team, you’ll define the product roadmap and drive its delivery in alignment with Pluxee’s global vision. You’ll collaborate with the Country CIO and Global Product & Tech teams to ensure seamless execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. From strategic design to go-to-market execution, you’ll be the driving force behind product innovation, ensuring that local business needs are met while contributing to a unified global product architecture. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to connect strategy, technology, and market relevance will shape the future of employee benefits across the region. Responsibilities: Delivers value to the country and to the whole Pluxee group by following our key strategic initiatives. Identifies and delivers offers & initiatives in collaboration with Country Marketing Director that can have a Pluxee-wide impact. Delivers mutualization of products across the group through the deployment of the company's common product architecture. Improves the global performance (revenue, cost, roi). Develops new business opportunities to growth through product development and strategic product partnerships. Contributes to and evangelizes Pluxee's product vision and product architecture taking into account the knowledge from the country. Develops the country’s product strategy, vision & roadmap aligned with Pluxee's Product vision and strategy. Manages and delivers the product roadmap, prioritizing based on data. Contributes to the deployment of a common product architecture such as to mutualize and re-use our investments. Leads product discovery to assess new products and features, mapping clients needs, detailing product solution and developing business case to assess the viability of the project. Manages product communication process, supporting sales and customer service areas on delivering the products. Contributes to the delivery of sales content / training materials. Go to market Work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy. Delivers sales content / training materials in close collaboration with marketing teams. People Management & Processes Structures, empowers, grows the country Product Organization. Deploys common standard processes. Promotes collaboration and cooperation with other departments. Shares best-practices with other fellow Country Product Director and members of the Product organization. Certifications Requirements: Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements: 10+ years of experience in product development. 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
