This role involves working on advanced platforms for defense and mobility, ensuring robust, reliable, and innovative solutions for complex vehicle architectures.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and integration of sub-systems for land vehicles, including powertrain (PWT), chassis, auxiliary systems, armour, structural components, and internal equipment.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and performance objectives.Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Interface with suppliers and stakeholders to guarantee quality and timely delivery of components.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in land vehicle design and development, preferably in defense or heavy-duty platforms.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, structural analysis, and integration of complex sub-systems.Proficiency in CAD tools and PLM systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense and mobility projects.Professional development and career growth in a leading technology company.
