Descripción y funciones del puestoIntegrado/a en el Dpto. de Trade Marketing Hostelería, dentro de tu zona o área de trabajo (Sevilla, Cádiz, Huelva, Badajoz), te responsabilizarás del desarrollo y ejecución de la imagen de marca en el punto de venta, de las acciones de tráfico al punto venta y el plan de clientes estratégicos.Tus principales funciones consistirán en:Implementación del Plan anual de Clientes Estratégicos de tus zonas: Definición de la tipología de clientes objetivo, junto con el Dep. Vtas. Negociarás con los clientes: las contrapartidas de imagen y la inversión a realizar. Realización de acciones de tráfico al punto de venta: Rutas de Tapas, jornadas gastronómicas y activación eventos acordados con clientes. Digital: implementación y seguimiento de las acciones a detallista en tu zona: Cartas QR, Gastronosfera, etc.. Aplicación de la imagen de marca en punto de venta, desde la negociación del alcance [marca/inversión] entre el cliente y Damm [ventas/ trade], hasta la ejecución del mismo.Se requerirá contacto continuo con agencias y/o empresas de diseño con las que revisar y validar briefings y propuestas teniendo en cuenta las guidelines de la marca.¿Qué requiere la posición?Formación:Formación mínima: Grado universitario ADE / Marketing o similar Inglés Fluido. Disponibilidad de desplazamiento por toda la zona Andalucía Occidental.Habilidades: Capacidad de Liderazgo Capacidad de negociación Capacidad analítica Habilidades de comunicación Habituado/a a trabajar orientado a clientes y resultadosExperiencia:Al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en departamento de ventas, marketing o trade marketing, en empresa de gran consumo.¿Te interesa?
