This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and mentor project teams while driving SAP innovation.Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations and transformation programs • Drive client engagements (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid projects) • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and transformation strategies • Prepare solution proposals and effort estimations • Mentor and manage project teams to ensure delivery excellenceMust-Have Skills • Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or SalesORtechnical expertise (ABAP, Integration, Security, Basis) • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM • Minimum of4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations • Proven leadership experience in SAP projects • Valid SAP certification in relevant areas •Languages:Spanish and English atC1+ levelWhat We Offer • International projects and exposure to cutting-edge technologies • Agile work environments and continuous learning programs • Collaboration across global teams • Dynamic corporate environment fostering innovation and growth • Career development through continuous learning and collaboration • Strong commitment to sustainability • Recognized for ethics and innovation • Expanding footprint in Europe with new delivery centers and growth initiatives
