Descripción del puesto Como Internship – Content, UGC & Community Specialist en GNG LA, formarás parte del equipo encargado de ejecutar y organizar el contenido diario de la marca y de cuidar la relación con nuestra comunidad. Tu rol será clave para asegurar que el contenido se publica de forma ordenada, coherente y alineada con el calendario, así como para mantener una comunicación fluida y cercana con nuestra audiencia. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Customer Support y marketing, siendo un punto de conexión entre contenido, comunidad y experiencia de cliente. Es un puesto a jornada completa, con modalidad híbrida, basado en Barcelona, que combina trabajo remoto y presencial. ResponsabilidadesPublicar y organizar el contenido en redes sociales según el calendario editorial. Gestionar y clasificar contenido generado por usuarios (UGC). Responder mensajes directos y comentarios en redes sociales de forma alineada con el tono de la marca. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Customer Support para asegurar una atención rápida y coherente. Apoyar en la planificación y mantenimiento del calendario de contenidos. Detectar insights de la comunidad (dudas recurrentes, feedback, oportunidades de contenido).RequisitosAptitudes en comunicación efectiva y habilidades sobresalientes en redacción de contenidos web y estrategias de contenido. Experiencia previa o conocimientos en redacción creativa y gestión de contenidos digitales. Capacidad para gestionar comunidades digitales y fomentar la participación activa de los usuarios. Buena organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para cumplir plazos ajustados. Se valora experiencia en herramientas de gestión de contenido y plataformas de redes sociales.Manda tu CV a hiring@gng.la
