Siga leyendo para descubrirlo y envíe su solicitud.We are seeking an experienced Senior Optimization Scientist to design advanced optimization models and algorithms that solve complex engineering and operational challenges. This role involves translating real-world business problems into mathematical models, developing robust optimization solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring these solutions into production.What you'll doDevelop classical and metaheuristic optimization algorithms (GA, PSO, SA, etc.)Design custom optimization solutions for complex, constraint-driven problemsTranslate business rules into mathematical constraints and modelsCollect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sourcesEvaluate, fine-tune, and conduct sensitivity analyses on optimization modelsCollaborate with delivery and engineering teams to productionize modelsCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadersMentor junior team members and share optimization best practicesWhat we're looking for~ Bachelor's or Master's in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field~5+ years of experience in optimization or a related domain~ Strong experience with metaheuristics (GA, PSO, SA, etc.)~ Proven ability to convert complex business problems into optimization algorithms~ Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn~ Experience with xcskxlj optimization tools such as PuLP, Pyomo, DEAP, Mealpy, or Optuna~ Strong understanding of constraint programming and business rule modeling~ Effective communication skills and fluency in EnglishNice to haveExperience with data visualization toolsFamiliarity with solvers such as Gurobi, Hexaly, or CPLEXKnowledge of ETL and data cleansing processesExperience with linear optimization and OR-ToolsExposure to deploying models in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
