EnG4 GROUP, empresa de arquitectura multidisciplinar con sedes en Barcelona, Madrid, Turín, París y Dubái, buscamos unArquitecto/a Senior – Project Managercon ampliaexperiencia en Hospitalitypara unirse a nuestro equipo en Barcelona.Si te apasiona la gestión de proyectos, el diseño de alto nivel y los desafíos internacionales, este es tu lugar.Funciones: Liderar y gestionar proyectos internacionales en el sector Hospitality (hoteles, resorts, wellness, espacios gastronómicos). Planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las fases del proyecto, desde el diseño conceptual hasta la ejecución. Controlar plazos, costes y calidad, asegurando la correcta implementación de los proyectos. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares internos (arquitectura, diseño, 3 D, ingeniería) y externos (consultores, proveedores, contratistas). Comunicación directa con clientes y stakeholders, incluyendo presentaciones y seguimiento. Investigación de materiales, mobiliario, iluminación y soluciones innovadoras aplicadas al sector Hospitality. Requisitos: Titulación en Arquitectura Superior o Ingeniería. Mínimo 10 años de experienciaen gestión de proyectosHospitality.Dominio de metodologías deProject Management.Inglés alto imprescindible; francés valorable. Disponibilidad para viajar. Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas como Auto CAD, In Design, Sketch Up, Photoshop y software de gestión de proyectos. Perfil orientado a resultados, con capacidad de liderazgo, organización y negociación. Permiso de trabajo en España. Competencias clave: Liderazgo y gestión integral de proyectos. Creatividad aplicada al sector Hospitality. Organización, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones. Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo. Adaptabilidad en entornos internacionales.
