Role Overview This role is essential for managing financial compliance, payroll administration, sales and full P&L forecasting processes. The analyst will be actively involved in budgeting and expense management, and will liaise across all company departments to integrate financial insights into operational decisions.Main Responsibilities Provide financial reporting and analytical support. Manage payroll activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Lead sales forecasting and comprehensive profit and loss forecasting to support strategic planning. Administer employee bonus schemes and expense tracking. Perform a variety of administrative financial duties to support the finance department’s efficiency. Play an active role in preparing and coordinating the company’s budgeting process. Collaborate extensively with all company functions to deliver integrated financial perspectives and solutions.Desired Skills and Experience Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in financial analysis, High English fluency Advanced proficiency in PowerBI and Excel. Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. Effective communication skills for interacting with senior management and cross-functional teams.
