We are looking for a creative and proactive junior designer with a strong digital mindset and passion for visual storytelling. With 1–2 years of experience, you'll join our growing Marketing team in Barcelona and contribute to impactful projects in the healthcare/pharma ecosystem. Experience in healthcare is a plus, but attitude, creativity, and eagerness to learn matter most. THE POSITION As a Junior Creative Designer & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Xpeer's visual identity and digital content across multiple channels, supporting both B2 B and B2 C marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Visual Content CreationCreate visual content including images, videos, infographics, presentations, reels, stories, and other digital formats for organic and paid campaigns. Design graphic assets using Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere; After Effects is a plus) and/or Canva. Edit short-form videos and animations optimized for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, Tik Tok).2. Social Media & Content ManagementManage, create, plan, and publish content across Xpeer's social media channels (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.). Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with branding, acquisition, and engagement objectives. Monitor content performance and propose continuous improvements based on insights and data.3. Brand & Creative DevelopmentContribute fresh and creative ideas to strengthen Xpeer's digital brand positioning. Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all content assets. Research and apply trends in social media, design, branding, and digital communication.4. Email Marketing & CopywritingCreate and execute newsletters and key communications for internal and external audiences. Write engaging copy aligned with Xpeer's brand strategy for social media, campaigns, and advertising materials.5. Paid Media SupportSupport the development, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Linked In, and Tik Tok. Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.6. Cross-team CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing and Design teams to develop B2 B and B2 C strategies. Provide transversal support to marketing needs related to design, content, assets, branding, and campaigns.7. AI Tools Integration (Plus)Use AI tools to support content creation (text, image, video, research, etc.). Experiment with emerging technologies to optimize processes and enhance content quality.REQUIREMENTS1–2 years of proven experience in design, marketing, communication, or content creation roles. Native Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus. Valid work permit in Spain. Availability for full-time hybrid work. Experience with design tools, especially Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere; After Effects is a plus). Experience in audiovisual content creation, including short-form video editing for social media. Knowledge of Hub Spot is a plus. Strong teamwork skills, good organization, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
