Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Work within the Agile (Scrum) methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development or UI/UX projects.
2. Develop and implement standards for the development and release management process within the project.
3. Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning.
4. Clarify and analyze requirements (requirements documentation, user story, task preparation).
5. Help with prioritization and backlog management.
6. Participate in roadmap development and its execution control.
7. Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of scope and timeline.

1. Experience as PM/BA of no less than 1 year.
2. Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle.
3. Working experience with SCRUM framework.
4. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
5. Attentiveness to details.
6. Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
7. English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
8. Technical background is a plus.
