Livensa aims to expand its leadership position and to do that we have two obsessions: our clients’ experience, safety and wellbeing on the one hand, and securing our shareholders’ return by maximizing our revenue and operating margins on the other. Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a key role in managing financial operations. What You’ll Do Execute payment runs (manual transactions, direct debit remittances) Manage direct debit collections and monitor any issues Oversee residents’ deposits ledger and process contract-end refunds Handle the internal treasury mailbox and ensure smooth communication Drive improvements in payment process efficiency Support month-end processes and assist with reconciliations, audits, and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to deliver seamless operations What We’re Looking For High attention to detail and ability to self-review work 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles Fluent in English Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
