As a Freelance / Independent Performance Media Expert Consultant, you are responsible for the quality of deliverables, achieving defined objectives, and ensuring the smooth execution of your mission.Inscríbase (haciendo clic en el botón correspondiente) después de revisar toda la información relacionada con el trabajo a continuación.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild roadmaps and action plans aligned with clients’ marketing objectivesDefine and implement Paid Media strategies; launch and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.)Structure advertising accounts and allocate budgets across channels and campaignsEnsure tracking reliability in collaboration with technical teamsDefine and manage a continuous experimentation plan (audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages)Coordinate the creation of advertising content and assets with internal and external agenciesAnalyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunitiesProduce dashboards and detailed reports to monitor KPIsPrepare and lead presentations for internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketingPrevious experience working as a Freelance / Independent Consultant, ideally in an agency or media environmentStrong expertise in SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SMA (Social Media Advertising)Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to extract insights and turn them into performance improvementsSolution-oriented, action-driven, and results-focusedStrong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different environmentsExperience working with large / enterprise clientsFluent in SpanishFluent in English (mandatory)Arneo is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
