Vytrus Biotech is a listed company in the Spanish stock market (BME Growth) under the listing code VYT. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Vytrus is searching for a very dynamic person, with high organizational capacity and responsible for:Provide consultative support to the Sales team on the sales process via email, phone, internal messaging tools and within the CRM. Manage the accounts assigned to them directly, in the office and in coordination with the Sales Director and the Customer Service team. Plan and implement new promotional strategies that can be adapted to global and local needs in coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams. Organize distributor trainings with the participation of the Sales and Marketing teams. If necessary, attend European trade fairs and visit customers. Comply with the protocols of the Quality Management System with scope to their department.WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology or Cosmetic Science. 3-5 years' experience in similar roles. High level of English and Spanish (essential) and French (desirable). Knowledge of other languages will be highly valuable. General competencies: adaptation to change, organizational capacity, integrity/commitment, critical and continuous improvement capacity, and customer and results orientation. Specific skills: vocation for sales, knowledge of the cosmetics market, high motivation and proactivity, ease of working in multidisciplinary teams, ability to organize and work autonomously and ability to communicate confidently with customers.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Full-time permanent contract and competitive salary Hybrid or partially remote work.
