This is your opportunity Your mission will be: Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes. Main Responsibilities: Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift. Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift. Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management). Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment. Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.). Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment. Ensure the safety of people and facilities. Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls. Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered). Leadership and people management skills.
