Job Description:

MPS ships billions of products a year, used in everything from consumer electronics and IoT (Internet of Things) devices to laptops and cars. We are transforming power electronics design for electric vehicles, robots, large battery packs, data centers, and automotive and industrial applications with memory-based, programmable, and plug-and-play products. We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team. This role provides essential administrative support, assists in managing marketing projects, supports web content management and creation, handles customer contact data, and aids in lead generation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about marketing.

A successful candidate will effectively manage data-driven projects, communicate with stakeholders, and take the lead on projects once assigned.

Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
    • Help maintain and organize documentation related to marketing initiatives, ensuring all materials are up to date and accessible.
  2. Web Content Management:
    • Assist with web content management, including coordinating product releases, performing data collection, and verifying accuracy to support website updates and enhancements.
  3. Project Coordination:
    • Manage and assist in various data-focused marketing projects that align with Marketing and Sales goals, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the Design team to create graphics and visual assets for marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  4. Content Coordination:
    • Coordinate with the Marketing Communications team to facilitate the generation, publication, and distribution of content across multiple channels.
  5. Reporting:
    • Assist with creating and maintaining reports on various marketing initiatives, summarizing performance metrics and insights for internal review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or related field is preferred
  • Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, administration, or a related field (internships or relevant coursework accepted)
  • Motivated person with high energy who gets things done
  • Excel knowledge for planning, tracking, and completing projects
  • Learns new skills quickly and enjoys new challenges
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, work independently, problem solve
  • Ability to effectively project manage
