Job Responsibilities:

  1. Checking and approving direct deliveries and uploading purchase orders.
  2. Provide support and facilitate resolutions to branches in addressing concerns related to delivery variances.
  3. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between branches and other departments.
  4. Gather and provide required data for Initial Stocking Monitoring of products.
  5. Execute procedures for either payment processing or initiating product pull-out based on evaluation outcomes.
  6. Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout the evaluation period.
  7. Conduct thorough monitoring of initial stock levels for various products.
  8. Ensure accurate data collection and reporting to facilitate stock evaluation.
  9. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
  10. Handle paperwork and documentation related to procurement.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
  12. Perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.
  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proven skills in MS Applications or purchasing software.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes, inventory management, or supply chain management principles is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php520.00 per day
