The Innovation Tools team is responsible for developing innovative role-based Tools for C level clients to help them achieve their mission critical priorities. What you’ll do: Be a part of an energetic team of engineers delivering fresh Products. Fluently code as a full stack developer. Work with Open-source technologies and applications. Work in a fast-paced environment along with passionate, technology, rock stars. Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts. Continuously problem solving to create secure and simple solutions. Create a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance. Bring to life elegant and modern UX designs. Skills required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field with experience in software development. 5+ years of experience developing customer facing products or web applications. Expertise in ReactJS/NextJs and Typescript is a must. Experience in backend technologies like Java or Python.Expert skills in CSS, HTML and Design libraries. Strong experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing. Experience with Docker and container orchestration. Experience with server-side rendering or Micro Frontends. Experience in AWS or any other cloud technologies is a plus. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
