Process Design & Optimization Leadprocess design, simulation, and optimizationfor production facilities (e.g., oil & gas processing, refining, or petrochemical plants). DevelopP&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), process flow diagrams (PFDs), and equipment specifications. Utilizeprocess simulation software(e.g.,HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II) to model and optimize facility performance. 2. Process Safety & Compliance Ensureprocess safetythroughHAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies, risk assessments, and safety reviews. Implementcontrol systems, safety protocols, and emergency response plansin compliance withindustry standards (API, ASME, ISO). Overseeproduction chemistry, corrosion control, and material selectionto maintain asset integrity. 3. Operational Collaboration Work closely withoperations, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and project teamsto align process solutions withproduction goals, safety, and efficiency targets. Providetechnical supportfor troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and performance improvement initiatives. 4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify and implementprocess improvements, new technologies, and best practicesto enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Leadpilot projects, feasibility studies, and technology evaluationsfor process upgrades. 5. Regulatory & Standards Compliance Ensurecompliance with industry standards(e.g.,API, ASME, NFPA) andlocal/regional regulations(e.g.,International environmental laws, EU directives). Maintaindocumentation, audits, and certificationsfor process safety and regulatory compliance. 6. Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor ateam of process engineers, fostering a culture oftechnical excellence, safety, and innovation. Developtraining programsandknowledge-sharing initiativesto upskill team members.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in process engineering, with5+ years in a leadership or senior role. Proven track record inprocess design, optimization, and safety managementforproduction facilities, refineries, or petrochemical plants. Experience inOil & Gas, energy, or chemical industriesis highly preferred. Skills: Strongprocess design, simulation, and optimization skills(e.g.,HYSYS, Aspen Plus). Expertise inprocess safety management (HAZOP, PHA, risk assessments). Knowledge ofindustry standards (API, ASME, ISO) and regulatory compliance. Excellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability tocollaborate with cross-functional teams(operations, HSE, projects).
