Join Our Team as a Product Safety Engineer - HVAC Europe

Are you ready to make a difference in product safety across Europe?
We are seeking a Product Safety Engineer to lead impactful field remediation projects within our HVAC division. Based across three key sites—Montilla (Spain), Montluel, and Culoz (France)—you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety standards while collaborating with a diverse and talented team.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Product Safety Team, you will:

• Lead and coordinate field remediation projects related to the PASS (Product and Service Safety) process.

• Supervise cross-functional activities, including R&D, Customer Quality, Service, and other support teams.

• Drive root cause investigations and validate corrective actions.

• Manage risk assessments and consolidate critical information.

• Ensure timely execution of remediation campaigns while addressing roadblocks and delays.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A degree in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or customer quality support.

• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, RRCA, Fishbone, RedX).

• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) and familiarity with MS Office tools.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in a multinational industrial environment.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or French (B2 level minimum).
