Position:Market Operations Analyst Location:Madrid Office – Velazquez 34 + Working from home (Hybrid) Equiduct is the leading pan-European retail exchange built around the specific needs of the retail community.Focused on providing execution and market data solutions for our clients in the post MiFID environment, Equiduct has developed unique products designed to revolutionise retail trading by facilitating order executions against a number of Liquidity providers competing to ensure market participants are able to benefit from the best prices available in Europe.Thanks to our proprietary VBBO price discovery mechanism, Equiduct enables retail brokers to achieve Best Execution in Europe’s most liquid equities and ETFs across 13 European markets and provides high-quality cost-effective market data and insight products for both the retail community and institutional clients alike.To support Equiduct’s growth plans, we are looking for a Market Operations Analyst to join the Market Operations team in Madrid. As a result, applicants must be available to work a late shift pattern (working hours 14:00 to 23:00 CET), with some flexibility to support European trading hours on an ad-hoc basis.Market Monitoring:· Monitoring of trading activity; Monitoring Corporate Actions · Monitoring internal (Equiduct) and external (other markets) incidents status (IT updates, resolution time...)Internal and User Acceptance Testing of new functionality, bug fixes and enhancements · Maintenance of reference data and the tradable universe · Assisting with the onboarding of new clients including conformance testing and connectivity set-up · Degree from Business/Engineering School or Universities ·Highly computer literate, including excellent Excel skills ·Fluent written and spoken English essential ·Excellent team player with ability to work in a virtual team across locationsCompetitive social benefits · 30 days paid holiday per year · The opportunity to work closely with senior managementWe have a 3-stage interview process which will enable you to meet with various members of our team.
