The contract will be within the f ramework of our ERC project GLAM-MAP, whose objective include mapping mutational impact in all human amyloids. Main tasks and responsibilities:Design and build mutational libraries Develop selection assays that report on different biophysical properties Analyze sequencing data Requirements for candidates: Essential: Degree and Master on any f ield on genomics/bioinformatics Previous experience with deep mutational scanning will be a plus. Competencies and skills: Communication, Teamwork and collaboration, Commitment, Proactivity, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking.
