La oportunidad

EY Abogados cuenta con un equipo de expertos fiscales especializados en el ámbito Financiero y Asegurador (“FSO”) que permite ofrecer un servicio de asesoramiento fiscal basado en el conocimiento sectorial.

Formando parte del departamento de Business Tax Advisory de EY Abogados en nuestra oficina de Madrid, tendrás la oportunidad de liderar el asesoramiento a clientes tanto nacionales como internacionales del sector financiero y asegurador en todo tipo de cuestiones fiscales, especialmente en materia de Impuesto sobre Sociedades.

Tus funciones principales

Como Manager del Departamento liderarás el asesoramiento a clientes, gestionando a un equipo de profesionales juniors y prestando asesoramiento fiscal continuado a clientes del sector Financiero y Asegurador (también Asset Management o Gestión de Activos) con un alto componente internacional debido al perfil de los clientes del equipo.

  • Licenciatura en ADE y / o Derecho.
  • Máster en fiscalidad valorado muy positivamente.
  • Especialización en el sector financiero, Banca, Seguros y / o Gestión de Activos.
  • Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en el asesoramiento en materia fiscal, tanto en tributación directa como indirecta preferiblemente enfocados en el sector financiero.
  • Experiencia en el asesoramiento a clientes internacionales.
  • Experiencia en fiscalidad de operaciones de M&A.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Nivel alto de Paquete Office.
  • Nivel alto en Bases de datos.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño y preparación de presentaciones.
  • Se valorarán conocimiento / inquietud en nuevas tecnologías (e.g. RPA, Blockchain, digitalización en general).

Que Buscamos :

Un / a fiscalista con al menos 6 años de experiencia para ser uno de nuestros pilares del departamento fiscal de FSO. Como Manager debes tener la capacidad de dar un asesoramiento técnico sólido a nuestros clientes así como de gestión de un equipo de profesionales juniors. Se valorará especialmente conocimiento previo sectorial en Banca / Seguros / Gestión de Activos.

Buscamos un perfil generalista con capacidad para dar asesoramiento fiscal general en cuestiones tan diversas como Impuesto sobre Sociedades, IVA, Fiscalidad Internacional y operaciones de reestructuración / M&A.

Será una persona con capacidad para asumir responsabilidades, y que tenga capacidad organizativa para gestionar distintas cuestiones / clientes a la vez. Que le guste trabajar en un contexto internacional gestionando un equipo.
